4. We expect standard or above standard performance and we will pay standard or above to all staff members.
5. We will maintain our facility, equipment and appearence.
6. Spiritual and organizational health take precedence over financial cost.

8. If anyone has a concern about a person or group's performance, they need to talk to that person or group directly.
